Choose your mode and start the game
Everything you need to run a professional bingo game — from understanding the rules and variants to hosting a perfect event for any crowd. Our free tool handles the draw; this guide handles the rest.
Bingo is one of the most widely played games in the world — and its appeal has only grown in the digital age.
Two draw modes, a full 90-number grid, and real-time stats — everything you need to run a game from your screen.
Choose your draw mode
Auto mode draws numbers automatically at your chosen speed (1.5 to 5 seconds per number). Manual mode lets you tap "Draw Next Number" at your own pace — ideal for live events where the caller controls the rhythm.
Set your speed (Auto mode)
Choose between 1.5 and 5 seconds per number. Slower speeds give players more time to mark their cards, which is especially useful for larger groups or players new to the game.
Watch the grid and history
Every called number turns green on the 90-number grid. The most recent number is highlighted in red. The "Last Called Numbers" panel shows the recent draw history so players who missed a number can catch up.
Pause, resume, or reset
In auto mode you can pause at any time and resume seamlessly. When a player calls "Bingo!", pause the draw, verify the card, then resume. Use the Reset button to start a completely new game — all numbers are reshuffled.
Track progress
The progress bar shows how far through the 90 numbers you are. The stats panel shows total called, remaining, and the last number drawn — useful for the caller to announce progress to the room.

Display on any screen
The tool is fully responsive. For events, open it on a laptop connected to a projector or large TV. The large current number display is readable from across a room. For online games, share your screen over Zoom, Meet, or any video platform.
For large events, use a second device as a backup caller and keep this tool open on the display screen. The Fisher-Yates shuffle algorithm ensures every number has an equal probability of being drawn — no bias, fully random.AlbertMaster.com — all processing happens locally in your browser
Bingo is played differently across countries and cultures. Understanding the variants helps you adapt this tool to any format.
90-Ball Bingo (UK / Europe)
The most widely played format internationally. Numbers 1–90 are drawn. Players use tickets with 3 rows and 9 columns, 15 numbers per ticket. Three prize tiers: one line, two lines, and full house. This tool is built for 90-ball bingo.
This tool75-Ball Bingo (North America)
Uses numbers 1–75 on a 5×5 grid. The center square is a free space. Players complete patterns — lines, shapes, or full blackout. Commonly played in American bingo halls, churches, and school fundraisers.
1–7580-Ball Bingo (Online)
A faster-paced variant popular with online bingo platforms. Uses a 4×4 grid with numbers 1–80 divided into color-coded columns. Designed for digital play where speed increases engagement.
1–80Speed Bingo (30-Ball)
A rapid-fire format using only 30 balls and a 3×3 card. Full house is the only winning condition. Games last 2–3 minutes. Popular for mobile gaming sessions and quick rounds between longer games.
1–30Tombola (Italy)
The Italian ancestor of bingo, played especially at Christmas. Uses numbers 1–90 on a tombola board. Multiple prize levels: ambo (2 in a row), terno (3), quaterna (4), cinquina (5), and tombola (full card).
1–90Educational Bingo
A classroom adaptation where numbers are replaced with vocabulary words, math answers, historical dates, or geography terms. Teachers use random callers to make learning interactive. This tool's random draw works perfectly for any numbered version.
AdaptableBoth modes serve different contexts. Here's a quick reference to pick the right one for your game.
| Situation | Recommended Mode | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Small house party with friends | Manual | Allows the caller to add commentary, jokes, and banter between draws. |
| Large event with 50+ players | Auto — Slow (4–5s) | Consistent pacing gives everyone enough time to mark their cards. |
| Online game over video call | Auto — Medium (3s) | Screen sharing works well with a consistent rhythm players can follow. |
| Children's party or school event | Manual | Slower, controlled pace with adult supervision between each number. |
| Fundraiser or charity event | Manual | Professional feel — the caller announces each number for the room. |
| Quick game between activities | Auto — Fast (1.5–2s) | Keeps the game moving and generates fast excitement. |
Whether it's a small gathering or a large event, these tips make the experience smoother and more enjoyable for everyone.
Always verify the winning card
When someone calls "Bingo!", pause the draw immediately. Cross-reference every number on their card against the called numbers shown on the grid. This prevents disputes and ensures fairness.
Announce numbers clearly
In manual mode, read each number twice and pause. For numbers that sound similar (e.g., 13 vs 30, 14 vs 40), say the number and spell it: "Thirteen — one, three." Traditional UK callers use rhyming nicknames for each number.
Prepare bingo cards in advance
For physical games, print cards before the event. Each player should have a unique card (or randomized grid). For digital games, players can use printable bingo card generators — many are available free online.
Define winning conditions upfront
Before the game starts, announce what counts as a win: one line, two lines, or full house. For events with multiple rounds, clearly state which prize applies to each round so there's no confusion when someone wins.
Common questions about this bingo number generator and how to use it.
Yes. The tool uses the Fisher-Yates shuffle algorithm to randomize all 90 numbers when the game starts (or resets). This is the same algorithm used in professional card-shuffling software — it guarantees that every possible ordering of the numbers is equally likely. Each number appears exactly once, just like drawing from a physical bingo drum. No number is repeated until all 90 have been called and you reset.
This tool is built for 90-ball bingo. For a 75-ball game, you can use it and simply stop the draw after 75 numbers have been called — the grid clearly shows which numbers are called and which remain. The game mechanics (random draw, history, grid) work identically. A native 75-ball version with a 5×5 grid display is a potential future addition to AlbertMaster.com.
In Auto mode, numbers are drawn automatically at your chosen interval (1.5 to 5 seconds). You can pause and resume at any time. This is ideal for screen-sharing in online games or when you want a hands-free experience. In Manual mode, you click "Draw Next Number" yourself for each draw. This gives the caller full control over pacing — useful for live events, parties, or situations where you want to add commentary or wait for players to mark their cards.
No — the game state is held in memory during your session only. If you close or refresh the browser, the game resets. For uninterrupted games, keep the tab open throughout. If you're hosting a long event, use Auto mode with a slow speed and avoid refreshing the page. A future version with session persistence may be added to AlbertMaster.com.
Yes — the tool is designed to be readable on large displays. The current number is shown in a large font visible from across a room. Connect your laptop to a projector, TV, or monitor via HDMI or wirelessly (Chromecast, AirPlay), open the tool in a browser, and go full-screen (F11 on most browsers). For online events, share your screen on Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Manual mode is ideal for live events since you control the timing.
UK bingo has a rich tradition of rhyming slang nicknames for each number. Some famous ones: 1 — "Kelly's Eye", 2 — "One Little Duck", 7 — "Lucky Seven", 8 — "One Fat Lady", 11 — "Legs Eleven", 22 — "Two Little Ducks", 88 — "Two Fat Ladies", 90 — "Top of the Shop". In Manual mode, you can add these traditional calls between draws to give your game authentic character — players who know the tradition will love it.
There's no technical limit — this tool only handles the number draw, not the player cards. You can have 2 players or 2,000, as long as each player has a bingo card and can see or hear the drawn numbers. For large groups, display the tool on a big screen. For online games, share your screen. The only practical limit is the size of your venue and the number of unique bingo cards you can distribute to players.
